MANHATTAN - On Wednesday, May 8th, former Manhattan mayor, Winfried(Wynn) Butler was arrested in connection with an alleged DUI, which occurred at Candlewood liquor just after 8:30 pm.
According to the City of Manhattan Municipal Court dockets, Butler is scheduled for an initial appearance in the Manhattan Municipal Court, on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 8:00 in connection with the alleged DUI charges.
