As work progresses on the pavement replacement project in Junction City, motorists should anticipate the following traffic changes:
- The eastbound entrance ramp at exit 299 (J-Hill Road) to I-70 is expected to reopen on Monday, Aug. 18, conditions permitting.
- The eastbound exit ramp at exit 298 (Chestnut Street) to I-70 is expected to close on Monday, Aug. 18 and reopen in late Sep., conditions permitting.

Wildcat Construction Co. Inc. and Subsidiaries, of Wichita, is the prime contractor of this $30 million project and has scheduled it to be completed by December, weather permitting.
