RILEY COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 3p.m. Friday in Riley County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2024 Kasawaki Ninja ZX6 driven by Antrevion Leander George Watson, 22, Manhattan, was northbound on Scenic Drive negotiating the roundabout.
A 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Errol Frank Remsing, 74, Manhattan, failed to yield, entered the roundabout and struck the motorcycle.
EMS transported Watson to Via Christi. Remsing was not injured. Watson was wearing a helmet, according to the KHP.
