RILEY COUNTY —Savalas Terell Tolliver Jr, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 12:22 p.m. on Oct. 7 in the 400 block of Leavenworth Street on a Riley County District Court warrant for one count of rape; sexual intercourse with mentally deficient victim or victim incapable of consent due to effects of alcohol, narcotics, drugs, or other substances and one count of rape; sexual intercourse without consent and use of force and one count of aggravated sexual battery, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
This arrest stems from a case originally filed in June 2025. Tolliver was also arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, stemming from original charges of disorderly conduct and revocation of probation. Tolliver was issued a total bond of $100,500 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
