RILEY COUNTY —One person ws injured injured in an accident just noon Saturday in Riley County.
A 2011 Chevy Traverse, driven by Ashley Nichole Anderson, 32, of Ogden, rear-ended a 2012 Ford F-150, driven by Rachel Porter, 42, of Manhattan. near 5th Street and Fort Riley Boulevard, according tothe Riley County Police Department Activity report.
A passenger in the pickup Jerry Porter, 41, of Manhattan, was transported to Via Christi Hospital for his injuries. Anderson was issued a citation for following too closely.
