The Stepping Stones Child Advisory, a project of Sunflower Casa, is presenting an online discussion about the impact of COVID-19 and other stressors on the mental health of people from the LGBTQ+ community.
Claudia Weese will present Tips for Working with LGTBQ+ Students.
Weese is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the owner of the therapy practice Weese Counseling Services, LLC in Manhattan. She has been a practicing therapist for 11 years and works with adolescents, adults, and families. Weese is a member of the Association for Multicultural Counseling and the Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities through the American Counseling Association.
The event will be December 10 from noon to 1:30 p.m.
