MANHATTAN - City officials announced late Tuesday after that Manhattan's City Hall building will be closed to the public through Wednesday, July 26th.
Due to the air-conditioning system being out of service and in need of repairs, the building will be closed to the public until the repairs are completed.
City offices will be open for business at 8:00 a.m. by phone only.
City of Manhattan Customer Service representatives can be reached at 785-587-2480 for any needs including new service or other water-related issues. You can also conduct business and pay bills online at CityOfMHK.com.
The July 25th City Commission meeting will take place at 6:00 pm and remains open to the public, although it is recommended the public may prefer to watch the livestream at cityatmhk.com/tv.
City services will still be available online and by telephone. Please visit cityofmhk.com to find contact information. In order to make utility bill payments during City Hall closures, dial (785) 587-2480 and choose option #1 to use the automated system.
Customers also can dial this system directly by calling (833) 277-8694, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Payments also can be made online at any time through the City’s online payment system, Paymentus. Customers may contact Paymentus Customer Care at customercare@paymentus.com or by calling (800) 420-1663 for help during this closure or outside of business hours.
