Tracy C. Noland, age 61, of Riley, passed away March 29, 2022, at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She was born on December 9, 1960, in San Diego, CA, the daughter of Frank and Helen (Foster) Kemptmen. She grew up in San Diego and graduated from San Diego High School. Tracy was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was living in San Diego, CA when she met her husband Jeff in 1983. They were together for 39 years. In 1990 they moved to Manhattan, KS where she began her career as a Customer Service Manager at Wal Mart. In 1999 they moved to Taylor, MI before returning to the Manhattan and Riley, KS area in 2010.

Survivors include her husband Jeff D. Hull of Riley; two children: Michele Chavis-Puett and Jeff D. Hull, Jr. both of Riley; one brother Stephen Noland; three grandchildren: Bryce (Shambrey) Chavis, Brittany (Jordan) McCord, and Amber Puett; and one great-grandson Sauyer McCord.Tracy was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Michael and David Noland, and her son-in-law Jason Puett.

Tracy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. She loved listening to music & singing karaoke, and we all know she loved her Coca-Cola. She never went anywhere without it. She enjoyed spending time with her family the most. Especially her grandkids. They were the light of her life. She loved cheering them on at their sporting events and other activities. Their grandma was their biggest fan! Her most recent pride and joy was her great-grandson, Sauyer. Her life was centered around her children & grandkids. She cherished every second she spent with them. Tracy is leaving behind a large family that extends to many close friends. We are all going to miss her dearly.

Cremation is planned with the family to receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, April 10, 2022, at the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home. Private family inurnment will be in the Grandview/Mill Creek Cemetery north of Riley.
