Downtown Manhattan, Inc. (DMI) is moving west to the 400 block of Poyntz Avenue.

DMI's new office is located in the old 'Salon Brands' location at 409 Poyntz Avenue.

The new space has been remodeled and the new office has windows allowing natural light into the space.
