Starting Tuesday, August 2nd through Thursday, August 4th, the Kansas Department of Transportation(KDOT) will be completing milling work on K-18 east of Zeandale.

Work will take place from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, weather permitting.

The portion of K-18 from just east of Zeandale to the intersection with K-99 will be reduced to one lane of traffic through the area. A pilot car, flaggers, signs and cones will also assist with traffic control.

KDOT says drivers should anticipate delays of up to 15 minutes while crews are working.

KDOT urges all motorists to be alert and obey the warning signs when approaching and driving through a highway work zone.  To stay aware of all road construction projects across Kansas, go to www.kandrive.org or call 5-1-1
