Konza Prairie Community Health Center clinics (Junction City & Manhattan) will open for patient care on Wednesday, January 8 at Noon.
Please be patient, since they will be operating with a limited number of staff who are able to make it to the clinics.
Please be safe – give yourself extra time to arrive safely. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please contact your care team after the clinic opens or through the patient portal to reschedule your appointment.
If you had an in-person appointment scheduled for January 6, January 7, or January 8 before Noon: They are working to reschedule all affected patients in a timely manner.
