Manhattan snow plow crews were sent out at 10:00 PM Tuesday to clear and treat main roadways during the snow. The day crew will address residential streets and hope to be finished by Wednesday afternoon.
Roadways will be slick. Please remember to slow down, allow plenty of stopping distance, and use extra caution. Leave plenty of room for the plows, too.
City buildings are open Wednesday. Parks Division crews started clearing building entrances and sidewalks at 5:00 AM. Please be careful and look for slick spots on sidewalks and stairs. Temperatures are well below freezing and expected to stay that way today.
