On November 1, a 45-year-old male and Groom Construction Officers reported that someone broke into a car and stole a wallet, Oakley sunglasses and a Dell laptop in the 200 block of Blue Earth Place in Manhattan. The loss is approximately $800.

On November 13, a 35-yearold male, a 41-year-old male, and Robbins Motor Company reported that a male suspect used fake information to purchase a 2019 dark blue Dodge Challenger. The estimated loss is $37, 495.
Astro(not) in home orbit anymore
On November 1 a 31-year-old male reported an unknown suspect stole his 1999 tan Chevrolet Astro van in the 700 block of Allen Road in Manhattan. The loss is approximately $10,000.
Riya ripped off
On November 1, a 22-year-old male reported an unknown suspect stole his white and black 2017 Riya moped in the 800 block of Kearney Street in Manhattan. The loss is approximately $700.
Bicycle burglary
On November 2 a 21-year-old male reported someone stole his silver Carbondale Trail 6 bicycle in the 700 block of Vattier Street in Manhattan. The estimated loss is $600.
Whoa, that's a lotta mirror
On November 2 a 53-year-old female reported that someone damaged her car's driver side mirror near the intersection of North 12th Street and Moro Street in Manhattan. The loss is approximately $2,200.

On November 2 K-State Federal Credit Union at 601 McCall Road in Manhattan reported a 35-year-old male suspect altered a loan payout check for a vehicle he was purchasing. The estimated loss is $35,248. The vehicle was later returned after the fraudulent purchase.
Hit and Run (off with a car)
On November 2, two women, ages 18 and 48 reported a 17-year-old male suspect battered the 18-year-old victim and stole the 48-year-old victim's gray 2010 Ford Mustang in the 2100 block of Elm Lane in Manhattan. The car was later located in Topeka by the Topeka Police Department.
Gun Threat
On November 2 a 23-year-old female reported that a 27-year-old male threatened her with a gun in the 500 block of South 17th Street in Manhattan around 10:55 p.m. Daylon Paul Lee, 27, of Ft. Riley was arrested in connection of aggravated assault. Lee was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
