MANHATTAN —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a burglary in Manhattan.
Just after 10:30 a.m. Friday officers filed a report for burglary in the 2900 block of Wayne Drive in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 41-year-old man reported an unknown suspect entered a detached shed and stole a Ryobi pressure washer, a Stihl weedeater, leaf blower and chainsaw, and a Husqvarna hedge trimmer.
The total estimated loss associated with this case is approximately $1,830. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
