RCPD investigates burglary at Colbert Hills

RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a burglary in Manhattan.

Just after 8:30p.m. Monday, police filed a report for burglary in the 5200 block of Colbert Hills Drive in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.

Officers listed Colbert Hills Golf Course and a 30-year-old male as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect broke into the maintenance office and stole a TaylorMade Rocketballz Driver and 3 Wood, a Calloway Fairway Hybrid, a Ping Answer 2 Putter, a decorative bowie-style knife, a Bushnell Phantom GPS Range Finder, an iPhone 5C, cash, and other miscellaneous items. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,098.00.
