MANHATTAN - The City of Manhattan has announced that Bayer Construction will begin the roundabout replacement project on Kimball Avenue at Grand Mere Parkway on Monday, May 22nd.
The replacement project will take place in multiple phases.
The roundabout and intersection will be completely closed to traffic during the first phase of the reconstruction project, while a temporary fly-through route will be constructed.

Phase one is expected to be completed in August. Following completion of the project, the fly-through will be available for traffic access through the construction area.
