July 30, 2026 | Manhattan, KS — Tickets for the 17th annual Brew at the Zoo, presented on Friday, September 25, 2026, are now on sale.This popular after-hours event benefits Manhattan’s Sunset Zoo. It is hosted by Friends of Sunset Zoo and presented by Addair Law.“
Brew at the Zoo is a wonderful opportunity for our community to support Sunset Zoo while enjoying a fun evening,” said Sarah Hancock, president of Friends of Sunset Zoo. “Every ticket purchased helps advance the Zoo’s mission to inspire conservation of the natural world, and this year’s ‘Reduce the Red’ theme is a meaningful reminder that we all have a role to play in protecting wildlife and the habitats they depend on.”
This year’s theme, “Reduce the Red,” encourages action to help move more species off the IUCN Red List, which identifies animals at risk of extinction. We are encouraging guests to wear red to show their support.Brew at the Zoo gives guests the opportunity to wander the Zoo’s scenic trails in the cool of the evening with a cold beer in hand, enjoy food provided by Hy-Vee, listen to music, and visit Sunset Zoo’s animal residents.More than 20 breweries and cideries from across Kansas and the Great Plains will b beer just for this event. The beer will be called Red Pandamonium.

Tickets are $65 per person and include admission to Sunset Zoo, tastings at multiple beer, cider, and seltzer stations, access to three food stations, and a souvenir beer cup. Nonalcoholic drinks will also be available.
