Command Sgt. Maj. James A. Hughbanks is the incoming Division Command Sgt.Maj., replacing Command Sgt. Maj. Derek Noyes, who has filled the role since 2024.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
