Manhattan City Commissioners voted 3 to 2 to extend the ordinance requiring masks or other face coverings in city limits at their meeting on Tuesday, September 2.  The mask ordinance will remain in effect until December 31.&nbsp;

 The Riley County Police Department (RCOD) will continue to field complaints of ordinance violations by email at masks@rileycountypolice.org. Do not call 911 to report a violation of the mask ordinance.&nbsp;&nbsp;
