MANHATTAN - Manhattan's annual 'Pet Poolooza' invites all dogs with up-to-date vaccines to take a dip in the Manhattan City Park pool on Saturday, August 19th from 1:00 to 4:00pm.
Also, on-hand will be representatives from Kansas State University Veterinary Medicine to provide on-site rabies vaccines, along with vendors.
Rabies vaccines will be available for $20 and city licenses will also be available on site; $6 for spayed/neutered and $24 for unaltered animals.
A suggested donation of $15 per dog is requested for entry to Pet Poolooza.
All proceeds go to benefit the T. Russell Reitz Animal Shelter.
