Roberta M. Lenhart, 86, of Clay Center died Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the Clay Center Presbyterian Manor. She was born on December 24, 1935 in Brewster, Kansas the daughter of Bert Gallup and Agnes (Sprague-Hollenbeck) Gallup.
She grew up in Clay Center and graduated from CCCHS in 1954. Roberta then worked for Dr. Shepard and later she worked for Clay Center Family Physicians until her retirement. She married Ralph Dageforde on November 25, 1956 and he preceded her in death on January 1, 1997. She then married Willard Lenhart on April 3, 1998. Roberta enjoyed playing golf and traveling with her husband around the U.S., Australia, Canada and Europe.
Roberta was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church where she was a Sunday School and week day teacher.
She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Logan Dageforde and brother, Bill Hollenbeck.
She is survived by her husband, Willard Lenhart of Clay Center, Kansas; sons, David and wife, Carla Dageforde of Pratville, Alabama and Gregory and wife, Susan Dageforde of Tallassee, Alabama; stepsons, Bill and wife, Barb Lenhart of Clifton, Kansas, Walt Lenhart of Clifton, Kansas and Wayne and wife, Diane Lenhart of Clay Center, Kansas; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and her brother, Lon and wife Mary Ann Gallup of Castle Rock, Colorado.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
