The City of Manhattan announced that the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP) public meeting/public hearing will be Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 11:00 am–2:00 pm in the City Commission Room at City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue.
