Ricky Allen Neuffer, 70, passed away Monday, May 8th, 2023 at his home in Manhattan.

Ricky was born in Chicago, IL on December 3, 1952, the son of the late Betty June (Nielson) and Robert Neuffer. He served in the military and worked as an assembly man in the refrigeration manufacturing.

Ricky is also survived by three brothers, Daniel (Julie Jenks-Neuffer) E. Neuffer, of Manhattan; Steve Neuffer and Dave Neuffer, both of Tennessee. Ricky is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jack Neuffer
