RILEY COUNTY - On Tuesday, December 26th, the Riley County Police Department posted to social media asking for the public's help in identifying two people captured by surveillance cameras.

RCPD is investigating multiple cases of fraud in the Manhattan area.

RCPD says these two individuals are associated with a 2023 Dodge Durango with a MO license plate with tag #NK7T2W.&nbsp;
