Former superintendent joins the K-State Alumni Association Board

Retired USD 475 Superintendent of Schools Dr. Corbin Witt, St. George,  has become a member of the K-State Alumni Association Board of Directors. He will serve a four-year term running until June of 2028.

In a general election this spring, members of the Alumni Association approved a slate of five new members for the board of directors. These alumni also began their four-year terms at the board’s annual meeting and will continue to June 2028.

They are Rolando Blackman ’81, Dallas, Texas, vice president of corporate relations for the Dallas Mavericks; Meredith Reilly Sleichter ’95, Abilene, Kansas, executive director of the Eisenhower Foundation; Nicole Young Alexander ’05, Goddard, Kansas, founder and owner of Nicole Alexander Co.; Amber Weaver ’05, Dallas, vice president of talent acquisition for ADT; and Corbin Witt ’88, ’93, ’95, St. George, Kansas, retired superintendent of Geary County Public Schools.
