Renda Ann McInteer, age 51, died February 19, 2024, at the University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus in Topeka.

She was born August 1, 1972, in Manhattan, the daughter of Richard L. and Michelle (Parshall) McInteer.

Renda had been a longtime resident of the Kansas Neurological Institute in Topeka.

She enjoyed going out to eat, picnics, swimming, all music, and going to concerts and to Great Wolf Lodge with KNI. She loved her weekends spent with her dad at his house in Wamego.

Survivors include her father Richard and his wife Jeannette of Wamego, KS; her mother Michelle Colle of East Lake, OH; and one brother Jamie McInteer of Emporia. The family wants to thank her adopted grandmother Lee for her special care and love for Renda.

Cremation is planned with private family services.

The Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home, 1616 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, KS 66502, is assisting the family with arrangements.
