RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a alleged scam in Manhattan.
Just after 7p.m. Tuesday, officers filed a report of fraud in the 400 block of E. Poyntz Avenue, according to the Riley County Police Deparatment activity report.
Goodwill reported an unknown suspect scammed an employee into using store funds to pay for a fraudulent business debt.
The total estimated loss associated with this case is $1,191.80.
