USD 383 has announced that Tristyn Tow Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School, has become the district representative for the 2026 Kansas Horizon Award. This award recognizes exemplary first year teachers who preform in a way that distinguishes them as outstanding. There are different representatives chosen across the state.
Tristyn is in her second year of teaching for the district and has been an employee since 2021.
