Starting the morning of Thursday, April 30 some manhole cover lids and concrete collars will be replaced on Anderson/Bluemont Avenue between Harris Avenue and 11th Street. This work represents necessary repairs that were unplanned.Please use caution when traveling in this area, obey traffic signs, and watch for construction workers.
Expect moderate traffic delays for local lane closures. Some lane closures will result in alternate routes with detour signage
This work is estimated to be complete in 2 ½ to 3 weeks.Work is expected to begin in the EB lane of Bluemont Avenue from North Manhattan Avenue to 11th Street.
