MANHATTAN —Law enforcement authorities are investigating theft from a downtown Manhattan park.
Just after 5p.m. Thursday, filed a report for theft and criminal damage to property after Manhattan Parks and Rec reported an unknown suspect took LED tape and lights from the fountain stream at the park. The estimated total loss is approximately $2000.
Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
