Manhattan City Commissioners have given the necessary approval to allow Amazon to put a warehouse in the City's Business Park on the west side of town.
The Chamber of Commerce confirmed that the Seattle based company would purchase an approximate 15-ace site to put in a 70,000 square foot warehouse.
The company would have three years to begin construction or the city could purchase the property back at the same price.
