Milford Lake Zone C, the north end of the reservoir, has been placed under a blue green algae watch by the Kansas Department of Health & Environment.
KDHE also placed the Herington Reservoir ( new city lake ) under a warning and the Herington City Lake ( old lake ) under a watch.
