Grace Ellen Ensley, age 100, of Manhattan, died December 27, 2021, at her residence. She was born April 28, 1921. On June 29, 1938, in Washington, Kansas, she was married to Ray Emmett Ensley. Grace was a care giver at the Odds Fellows Home west of Manhattan for several years and then was a homemaker for the family. She was a longtime active member of First Assembly of God. Grace was preceded in death by her husband Ray on October 8, 2003, she was also preceded in death by her son William Ray Ensley; two grandchildren: William Ray Ensley, Jr. and Regina Ulrich; and two great grandchildren: Christina and Jesse Ensley. Survivors include her grandson Sam Ensley and his wife Kim of Manhattan; one granddaughter Angela Lipe; and two great-great grandchildren: Phillip and Christopher. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, January 5th, at the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday at the Antioch Cemetery south of Frankfort, KS, with Pastor Jim Lowry officiating.
