RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating alleged fraud.
Just after 12:30a.m. Tuesday, police arrested 30-year-old Joseph Eustice of Junction City on a Riley County District Court warrant for two counts of forgery and one count of theft, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
The warrant stems from a January 12, 2023, report that Eustice fraudulently charged Appletech Design and Construction for gas worth approximately $1,000.
Eustice was issued a total bond of $13,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
