Spring cleanup begins Monday in in the southeast zone of the city of Manhattan. this is an annual effort of the City and local refuse contractors to allow residents to&nbsp; clean up their properties with free haul away for most yard waste items.&nbsp;

This week during the clean up, city crews will assist with curb side pickup of brush, limbs and properly bagged ( paper ) grass clippings or leaves. No major household appliances, tires, batteries, concrete or rock rubble, construction demolition debris or household hazardous waste will be collected.&nbsp;

Have your items on&nbsp; the curb and ready for pick up by 7 a.m. on your scheduled day.
