Flint Hills Discovery Center Foundation Fundraising Event Bison, Beef & Bourbon

The Flint Hills Discovery Center Foundation announces its fifth annual signature fundraising event, Bison, Beef & Bourbon to be held on Thursday, October 24, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Liquid Art Winery and Estate, 1745 Wildcat Creek Road, Manhattan,

The event features tasty bison and beef cuisine, including Bison Tenderloin and Hand Carved K.C. Strip, complimentary drinks including Horse Soldier Bourbon, Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon and cocktails, Radius Brewing beer, and wine from Liquid Art Winery. Musical entertainment is provided by Manhattan’s own Grateful Dudes, and guests can hop into a photo booth to capture the night.

Guests can bid on exclusive items during a silent and live auction. All auction proceeds will benefit the Flint Hills Discovery Center Foundation in its support of youth educational initiatives at the Discovery Center.

In conjunction with the event, there will also be two raffles for prizes open to the general public.

  1. Prize # 1 – Two Kansas City Chiefs Tickets and Lounge AccessWatch the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Denver Broncos on November 10 in the exclusive Foolish Louge at Arrowhead Stadium. The tickets include all-inclusive food, beer and wine, specialty drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages along with access to premium parking. Only 100 tickets available! 
  2. Prize #2 - 2024 Honda FourTrax Foreman Rubicon 4X4Black forest green in color, with five-speed automatic dual-clutch transmission with reverse, it has all the bells and whistles. Includes a 5X8 carry on trailer. Only 250 tickets! (see included images)

Raffle tickets are $100 each. You do not have to have a ticket to Bison, Beef & Bourbon nor be present at the event to win, and you may buy as many tickets as you wish. Proceeds support the youth education initiatives at the Discovery Center.
