RCPD: Parks and Rec reported criminal damage to property

RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating alleged criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Warner Park Road in Manhattan.

Just before 8:30a.m. Tuesday, the City of Manhattan Parks and Recreation reported an unknown suspect damaged a cement patio rooftop, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
