The Kansas State University School of Music, Theater, and Dance presents its final Jazz and Big Band performances of the year tonight and tomorrow.
Tonight, McCain Auditorium will see the K-State Orchestra’s final 2021 performance. The orchestra, under the direction of Dr. Rachel Dirks, plays from 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Tonight’s performance explores the many facets of dreaming through Hector Berlioz' epic work, Symphonie Fantastique. Make sure to bring your non-perishable food donations to the concert in support of the Cats Cupboard Food Pantry.
Wednesday evening from 7-9, the K-State Big Bands will perform a concert jazz ensemble in Forum Hall inside the KSU Student Union. The show is a saxophone suite, featuring alto, tenor, and bass sax accompanied by trumpets and trombones as well as a dynamic rhythm section.
