RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating alleged criminal use of a financial card and theft.
On Sunday, the Credit Union of America and Elliot Jewelers, 402 Poyntz, reported an unknown suspect used stolen financial cards to purchase a gold Figaro style necklace, according to the RCPD activity report.
