RILEY COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just before 5:30p.m. Thursday in Riley County.
A 2004 Cadillac Deville driven by 45-year-old Robert Houston of Manhattan was traveling near Sloan Street and Griffen Drive, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
The car struck a 2022 Ford Escape driven by Michael Noda, 31, of Manhattan. EMS transported Houston and a passenger to Via Chrisi Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Houston was issued a citation for failure to yield at a stop sign and for no insurance.
