Angel Roeser was the victor in the primary election for the 67th District seat in the Kansas House. She will now advance to the general election in November against Kim Zito, who was unopposed in the Democratic primary.
Roeser said her mission is to get things done and be more effective. She wants to see the Legislature work at the speed of business. Her goals include fighting inflation including reduction in costs for families, fully funding K-12 and special education, championing K-State and Manhattan Area Technical College plus business development projects.
The 67th District is included in Riley County.
