Put this on your future calendar. Ascension Via Christi Hospital and Meadowlark have invited all Manhattan area healthcare professionals and their families to a free concert in the park on Saturday Aug. 13. The concert will run from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Larry Norell Band Shell in Manhattan City Park.
There will be rock-and-roll music by Crosswind. That band will be inducted into the Kansas Music Hall of Fame in July.
