Three to five p.m. has been scheduled for Trick or Treat the Ville" on Friday in Aggieville, Manhattan. Costumes are recommended.
Safety precautions will be in effect with all participating business employees wearing gloves and masks when handing out prepackaged candy. There will be one-way walking traffic through the district and the streets will be blocked off.
