The following is a summary of arrests, citations by the Riley County Police Department. Those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

JOSHUA EDWARD STEPNEY, 31, Manhattan, Probation Violation,  Interference with LEO; obstruct/resist/oppose felony warrant service or execution; Bond $8000

SARAH ANN FORREST, 36, Manhattan, Obstructing apprehension of pros; Registered offender to avoid registering (2x), Obstructing apprehension of prosecution;Committed or charged with felony(2x); Bond $10,000

JACOB PAUL PEARSON, 22, Eudora, Driving under the infl of drugs/alcohol; 1st conv;competent evidence of blood/breath .08+; Bond $750
