Live Well Geary County hiring local food fellow for summer 2024

Live Well Geary County in partnership with K-State Research and Extension Local Food Systems is seeking a Local Food Fellow to complete the local food system project.  Applicants must apply by January 1 2024.

Geary County Food System Plan, Goal 2: farmers, food, entrepreneurs, and food chain workers thrive in our local economy. The goal of this project is to create a catalog of local food producers, get to know the local producer’s story, and help promote their business.

This full-time, eight-week fellowship will run from June 3 – July 26, 2024. This is an in-person position located at: Live Well Geary County Office (Junction City), with hybrid option of working remotely.
