Carolyn Sue Lindholm (Mandeville), 73 of Hamilton, MT was reunited with her loving husband on October 4, 2022.
Carol was born July 11, 1949, in Hutchinson, KS to Robert George Mandeville and Nancy Maxine Mandeville (Gough). She attended Nickerson High School.
On October 2, 1974, she married Michael Lindholm in Lindsborg, KS. They lived in Kansas until moving to the Bitterroot Valley in 1984, with their two sons Chad & Jerry. Carol assisted her husband Mike with insurance sales. Selling insurance allowed them to travel together and meet many people along the way. Later in life she enjoyed retirement and spending time with family and friends.
Carol, to this day, holds the record for the largest whitetail buck shot by a woman with a bow in McPherson County Kansas. When Carol didn’t have a bow in her hand, you could find her and Mike on the golf course. Carol and Mike were an inseparable pair until his passing in 2008. The loss of her husband was extremely difficult for her. We all find comfort knowing that they are again reunited and doing the two step.
“Mom, on this day our hearts are heavy as we prepare for our new chapter. Moving forward without your guidance will be a challenge. We find much comfort in knowing that you and Pops are reunited again. I will miss you greatly and Love You Always. Thank you for always being there and loving us unconditionally.” – Love Chad
“Mom, I can’t say enough about how you were always there for me when I needed you most. You’ve helped out with so many things in my life and I will miss you forever and Love You.” – Jerry
