Judith Ina Lizakowski, age 76, of Manhattan, Kansas formerly of Grand Forks, North Dakota, died February 6, 2022 at the Frankfort Community Care Home in Frankfort, Kansas. She was born on April 25, 1945 in Grand Forks, North Dakota, the daughter of Dwight and Jean (Craib) Finney. She graduated from high school with the class of 1963. She was married to Dean Lund and later to Ernest Lizakowski. Her husbands both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Shirley Gulsuig. Judith is survived by her son Dwight Lund (Jennifer) of Manhattan, Kansas; her grandchildren, Taylor and Alex; and her sisters, Darlene Johnson of Grand Forks, ND and Sharon Bartlette of East Grand Forks, MN. Private Services will be held on February 9, 2022 at the St. Patrick’s Cemetery-Elbow Community in Manhattan, Kansas. The family suggests memorial contributions in memory of Judith to the Frankfort Community Care Home.
