HAYS - The Kansas Academy of Mathematics and Science (KAMS) is hosting various events across the state of Kansas throughout the spring for any students and their families interested in more information about the program.
KAMS is an early college program focusing on advanced mathematics and science coursework.
Students studying at KAMS, live on the Fort Hays State University campus, in a select residence hall with other KAMS students from around the world.
Students will complete more than 60 hours of college credits while completing their high school diploma over the two year program.
Student information sessions are free and open to the public. Students of any grade level are welcome to attend the sessions for more information about the program.

-Manhattan, KS – Feb. 21 at 5 p.m.
-Salina, KS – Feb. 28 at 5:30 p.m.
-Kansas City, KS - March 1 at 5:30 p.m.
-Topeka, KS – March 8 at 5:30 p.m.
-Lawrence, KS - April 4 at 5:30 p.m.
-Hays, KS – April 18 at 5:30 p.m.

KAMS also provides hands-on research, leadership, and civic engagement opportunities.
Counselor Luncheons will be will also be available this spring.
During the counselor luncheons, KAMS staff will provide important updates KAMS curriculum, allowing for more flexibility. Join us for a free lunch, receive KAMS swag, and a chance to win a $250 scholarship for a prospective KAMS student from your school. Counselor session are available in Hutchinson, KS on Feb. 16; in Hays, KS on March 30; and in Lawrence, KS on April 4th.
