MANHATTAN, Kan. – The Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce is recognizing six organizations that have been members since the Chamber’s founding 100 years ago. These businesses and organizations have demonstrated a century-long commitment to the growth, development, and prosperity of the Manhattan community.
The six organizations being honored for 100 years of continuous Chamber membership are:
- Ascension Via Christi
- Dunne’s Pharmacy
- Griffith Lumber
- Landmark National Bank
- Manhattan Broadcasting
- The Wareham Company
These organizations join an esteemed group of existing century-long Chamber members, including The Manhattan Mercury, Commerce Bank-Manhattan, Kellstrom Pharmacy, and Kansas Gas Service, in receiving this distinction. Their commitment to the Chamber and the Manhattan community has helped shape the economic landscape and quality of life in the region.

The Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce will formally recognize these organizations at their Annual Meeting and Banquet on Friday, February 7, as part of its centennial celebrations, highlighting their contributions and legacy in the community.
