Kansas felon jailed after drug bust at Riley Co. home

RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas felon on new allegations.

Just after 11a.m. Friday, detectives served a search warrant in the 2100 block of Fort Riley Blvd. regarding the illegal possession of controlled substances, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.

A 42-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman later identified as Decemantrea Richardson were listed as suspects in the case. It was reported they possessed methamphetamine, cocaine, a defaced firearm, and drug paraphernalia with the intent to distribute.

Richardson remains in custody on a $15,000 boind on requested charges of criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia with intent to distribute and defacing identification marks on a firearm.
